DB3DB3 peptide fused with slpmod signal peptide
DB3DB3 is a peptide designed for inhibition of amyloid beta aggregation [1]. It has also shown to have inhibitory effects on curli fibre elongation [2].
SLPmod is a signal peptide for secretion and an existing part in the registry: https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3183008 SLPmod has been shown to be effective in L. lactis [3].
